Heats up quickly despite the large air vents in its body. Need a good cooling pad to go with it. It is a bit loud when gaming which is normal for gaming laptops.
Cons
Lenovo loq with intel hx cpu has battery drop issue.

This is a really powerful setup, processor is advance and very perfomant, and paired with 8gb 4060.
It looks great and the performance is solid.
Cons:battery: the battery only lasts 2 hours after a full charge if you are browsing or doing menial tasks.

I'd say for this price range it's definitely worth it.
I would definitely recommend this one for this budget.

While there are other laptops available with rtx 4060 at cheaper price range, i believe this one with 13th gen i7 is a better value.
