Pros
No rips tears or anything broken and looks like it'll go for quite a long time more. Brand new when it was delivered. Got it through amazon for $18.
Cons
Most bags have little loops that the strap ends clip onto. Not this one. Don't like the strap, just un-clip the strap and put another one on. No easy way to replace the strap.

I believe that you can get a bag of better quality.

You have to carry so many dongles with these new ultabooks and they can fall out of the pouches.
