The sound is inexcusably bad. It sounds like it's rattling through a string of tin cans. Not sure if it is a hardware or software problem. Now it's out of warranty and i have a glass brick.

If you want a cheap tablet to just surf the web, this tablet is ok. All printed information is in japanese with no conversion.

The tablet hangs up constantly, the screen becomes unresponsive, and it's been one of the worst tablets i've ever purchased. The app button would get recognized instead of the swipe up to close the app. Some apps aren't compatible with the android 10 ... Read More

Even with the latest os and updated chrome, it browses super slow on high-speed internet. The worse part is the unresponsiveness to touch. It lags in almost everything it does.

Not great, comparable to the fire maybe. If you want one pensive go with a fire.

But i went for the used one which was worth a gamble because it was $50 cheaper than the sales price.
