Pros
Currently running windows 11/fedora linux dual boot. Battery life is pretty decent if you enable power saving mode and don't crank the screen brightness. Like swapping the fn and ctrl keys, usually the ctrl key is on the bottom left corner.

It's sturdy and i don't feel like i need to be extremely cautious with it.
The top of the screen/lid attracts fingerprints like nothing else.
It doe snot look great after like 5 minutes of holding the laptop.

I chose the lenovo thinkpad because intuit provided a thinkpad when i worked for turbotax.

There isnt much palm rest room there
