Pros

Dock has 6 usb ports, 1 display port, 1 microphone port, and 1 audio port. Can still use your audio port on lenovo t530 along with your usb ports on laptop simultaneously. Very helpful in a multi-monitor set-up.

Nice sloping typing angle (instead of flat) on the keyboard. The computer snaps right into the dock like a supply ship docking with the iss. It beats all the wires to disconnect and connect when i have to return to the desk.

Bought used for cheap with power cord and keys. Docking lock works as well. Spare power cord stays with case.

Cons

The dock shipped is a dock with a single dvi port and vga port. If you're looking for a two port dvi dock, this isn't it.

Competitiveness

I've used this dock with my t430 for five years now.

It even came with a lenovo 90w charger, not a generic one.

It essentially gives you extra usb ports as well as full display port instead of mini dp that comes on the lenovo t430.
