It works great & smoothly and was easy to start right away.

They even flashed the machine with the latest firmware, something they could easily have skipped and most people would never even notice.

This laptop is completely indistinguishable from new.

28 price before tax was a steal.

First one came with a broken charging port, and they replaced it immediately and the next one came looking like it was just out of a box.

Out of the box there was a very small area of burn-in on the bottom left, only noticeable to someone like me who doesn't use windows.
