Bought it as a gift and in less than 2 weeks is making a cracking noise. Wi-fi is hard to connect. Exceptionally slow. Settings app keeps disappearing whenever it’s touched.

I mean we can still use it with it and all connecting to the internet and what not but keeping it local would have also been nice

None of the games can be loaded including simply piano and the reading apps cut out

If you had the same problem try reset to factory and start again
