    I have heard so much about these from a friend of mine and couldnt wait until mine arrived it arrived and then though the box looked okay the mug had cracked on the inside

    I think it wasnt protected enough inside the box and was jostled around to much in the mailing process it was not marked fragile or handle with care

    Aside from being broke the mug itself looks like it would be 5 stars and i cant wait for the new one to arrive so i can post pictures of it
