Pros

The lenox holiday 12pc place setting of dinnerware is beautiful. If you are looking for the finer things in dinnerware, bone china tops the list. The christmas print displayed on the set is timeless!

Cons

This plate is not the same material as those in my lenox holiday set in bone china. It is visibly different- thicker, dull, and faded.

Hundreds of employees were dumped. Don't be fooled like me. Unfortunately one of the small bowls has divots on the inside.

I always wanted these dishes and the price was right.

Quality is great and price is very reasonable.

Shipping

Shipping was about a month, but they were worth the wait.

Despise how it was wrapped for shipping.

I must give amazon and lenox 5 stars for their products as shipped but i must give amazon shipping zero stars for packaging shipping.

Packaging/appearance

Poorly packaged if it is for a gift…epic fail in packaging.

Product inside was perfect, but packaging was epically destroyed.
