Sturdy well made and cooks evenly there is a learning curve to cooking with stainless steel check it out on youtube some of the reviews here talk about them getting discolored ive only had that problem once and i believe it is because my roomate didnt wash it properly ie allow it to cool down before sticking it in the water but a little bit of bar keepers and it was back to the shiny stainless steel finish that it is supposed to look like

They clean up nice we have been hand washing them so far but they are supposed to be dishwasher safe
