The pattern is simple and will go with any tableware from solid and plain to my great grandmothers bavarian china full of florals scalloped and gold plated edges its just a very decent set of flatware and id probably buy a brand new complete set to use only for special occasions of the same exact pattern before id buy silverware

They have a lifetime replacement policy for breakage at half the suggested retail price plus tax processing shipping if you register your flatware

The decorative touches are enough to be visible but not so deep and sharp that they do much to make the set harder to clean though very slightly harder if you have something thats dried up and tried to hide in those indentations i suppose

The style of the ones we received is very attractive but they do not have a ball at the neck like the photo shows

When i first chose this pattern i thought the platinum would be on the radiant halos and the molded globe at the necks

Just understand that it does not have brushed stainless handles as it seems to appear in the pictures on this product page
