Customer service is very attentive with sending emails to make sure everything went well. Fast shipping also. No complaints on theses.

Non alcoholic and works amazingly. Comes in convenient carrying pouch so the spray and wipe is always together. Great stuff. Clothes work great.

Cons

However it has a strong musty odor you notice immediately after spraying and lingers on my hands after use.

If you have a strong olfactory system this is definitely a dealbreaker. Smells bad and causes 2 members of family shortness of breath. But the smell is almost unbearable. It is unbearable.

Buyer beware. Will not be purchasing again.

I love the travel size and the cloth that comes with it works well and is machine washable!

It is the best cleaner, it cleans smear free with first application.

I had issue with the products, they send a replacement at no time.

Cloth should be at least 8" x 8" the 6" x 6" cloth is just too small.

Packaging/appearance

Allow the cloth to dry before putting back into packet, to prevent mold from forming.

The cloth is nice and thick, and comes in a heavy plastic reuseable envelope/packet.
