Pros

Foam pad inserts are light-weight so not overly warm, which is a great advantage over silicone inserts. Polyamide, 22% elastane, 100% cotton-lined *. Provides a nice cushion when sitting on hard surfaces.

Great cut for under mid-rise jeans. Will get visible * line under yoga pants or leggings. The pads bunch up in the liner so they show if you are wearing tight pants, but otherwise it is seamless with them out.

Cons

The girdle * is fine, so i’m stuck with the dilemma of $40 bucks and hand stitch the pads in place. The pads and the pad compartments are laughable. If you take the pads out there are two pockets that just flap around in there.
