Pros

Foam pad inserts are light-weight so not overly warm, which is a great advantage over silicone inserts. Great cut for under mid-rise jeans (but will get visible * line under yoga pants or leggings) remove foam pads to hand wash in cool water.

Cons

The girdle * is fine, so i’m stuck with the dilemma of $40 bucks and hand stitch the pads in place! Did not look natural, the pads are very defined under everything. Lol fits perfectly until you start to walk around, these darn pads move up & down... Read More
