I use it more to curve my waist not to snitch it the material does not flatten your belly it fits on the smaller side but that works out to my benefit fit as i expected to it and i feel it was worth the cost it was highquality and covered the area i was hoping it would
It goes a few inches below my belt line so no muffin top peaks through and it helps smoothes everything out
