Platinum micro the vendor i bought from had no problem rmaing the psu with a full paid postage and refund

However the only reason i rate it 45 stars is because some of the cables were just barely long enough 62 pin power connector and it was a stretch for the motherboard power and auxiliary power cables to reach in my fullsize atx motherboard case

There are two things that does bother me however its that first the cords that come with this are a bit short and bulky

Cord management became a huge trial because they werent long enough to feed from the bottom of our full sized computer case to the opposite side at the top

Those red connectors on the power supply are not all for gpu some are for cpu but they look nearly identical except for small writing
