the shipping was super fast, and the product worked great!

Packaging/appearance

Had some issues with packaging but they were super friendly and helpful with my complaints.

The knob was perfect from the get-go, though it did take a couple weeks to dry.

They should look into similar bottles like smooth on where there is no neck in the bottle.
