Travel mat is thinner, not as sticky, great for regular practice. Although this mat is not very thick, the traction it provides gives me more stability and there is less discomfort to my wrists.

A great value. Feels great. And at this price point, it is hard to beat. Perfect mat. Perfect price.

Cons

The only pro is that it’s not slippery. If you have pets, this mat is a hair magnet and difficult to dislodge the hair. Do not buy.
