The belt fits me comfortably snug but not tight. Fits perfecly in the back of the belt and feel like it will contour nice on my body. I’m usually a small in yoga and sweatpants but the size guide recommended medium and it’s a perfect fit.

The included key holder is awesome and makes things so convenient. I keep my phone, id, * bags and keys (on clip) and nothing bounces or can even be felt while running!
Simple, comfy and works great. My only one very slight complaint is it is a wee bit tight. In a hot day, it causes some sweat build up.

I noticed a few of the reviews complain about losing things out if this belt but that is absolutely user error

Once you put your things in the belt through the holes you have to flip the belt so the openings are against your body hence why its called flip belt

On a side note for dog owners i can easily slip leashes through the belt while my dogs are off leash and its great solution for packing around an ecollar tramsmitter if you carry one

Has no problem carrying my samsung s10 with a bulky case can’t fit my s22 ultra which is reasonable it’s a pretty big phone but consider this a warning for fellow big phone users
