I did a lot of reading on this more than i’d like to admit and would suggest that you look at their size chart and get a size lower than your regular waist size eg i’m a large according to their chart but bought medium

As long as the stretched circumference is still larger than your usual waist size you should be ok

It needs to have separate compartments when i take the belt off to hang it all items bunch to the bottom
