Pros
Specs are pentium 2020m, dual core non-ht 2nd gen cpu, 6gb ddr3 1600mzh. Chrome opens at 2 seconds and almost every program hahahaha im so happy.
It's easily on par with the likes of crucial and samsung's offerings in the qlc segment. Best dollar per gig.
Cons
This model drive is not consistent. Terrible ssd unreliable due to garbage controller. If your application is more-critical, buy from a reputable brand.
It holds (according to the system) just over a terabyte. Benchmark speeds for read and write top out at the low 400s, far from advertised 500+mb/s. Not the fastest 2. Gb worth of data loss/corruption. Gib gib datum.

Competitiveness
Using 2 of these in raid 0 (striping) in a synology nas ds220+ for 4tb total storage.
Bonus points to it increasing the speed of synology dsm (the os of the nas) significantly.
I am now on my 4th one and cannot wait for a 8tb cheaper version!
If you need reliability for upgrading a pc/console, i would invest a little more $$ on the usual brands.

Did not explain how to format prior to installing the os disk manager erase apfs format and the usb was useless and gave an error when trying to install the os
