It would cost them very little to just have punch outs for both sizes.

Exactly what i couldn’t find in big box stores.

This was just what i needed to convert a 3" round box from a simple light socket to a dual outlet.

The electrical box was a round 3” box that i had no idea could be remedied.

I didn't have to use anextended box in order to get all of the wiring and outlet to fit inside the box.

Competitiveness

Like a lot of people i picked up several 4 foot led shop lights from costco.

I tried a few big box stores and paid a similar amount for plate that were square or oblong.
