Pros

Didn't have to make a trip to the hardware store. Functions in both the on and off mode.

These are residential grade so they are kind of flimsy but they work so i'm happy. Easy to install. Installation is as easy as any switch or outlet replacement is.

Good bang for the buck. Great price. Good seller.

Cons

The contacts were covered with a sort of amber varnish. There was also some spattered in the plastic enclosure. It looks as if the switch failed because it got hot enough for the "varnish" to flow onto the contacts. That can't be glued shut.
