Great for electric vehicle charging connector. Use it to recharge my 2015 ford c-max energi, works great. It does the job, delivering the electrical current to the car charger.

The receptacle is designed for appliances that are plugged in once and left in place for years. The plug feels very secure when plugging my charger in.

Does exactly what it should. Works as advertised. Super easy.

Cons

This outlet is cost-engineered to the hilt. It gets hot and overheats the mobile charger. If you are doing a stove, this is probably fine as a stove constantly cycles.

Better yet buy an "industrial rated " 14-50 at about 8x the price.
