Pros

It's just as easy too install the wires because it's a very clever design with the wires fitting neatly inside.

The set-up is intelligently designed. The new plug actually feels like better quality than the original plug. It work fine but if your not careful you could push the screw that holds and closes it into a wire when trying to close the plug.

Cons

The three prongs conductor itself is made of low grade. It is a grotesque piece of plastic that may fit the hands of big foot or maybe godzilla. The quality is very poor, firstly and secondly.
