We have an outdoor gfi which can get hit with water during extreme rain storms and the old cover on the outlet didnt keep it all out

However the spring loaded hinge cover does not stay up and makes installing and using somewhat awkward especially if using the top outlet

It should be sealed across the top and down both sides with silicone sealant
