Pros

Porcelain/ceramic light bulb fixture. Screw in your light bulb to the socket. Fits the standard light bulb base.

Good enough quality and really affordable replacement. My only issue is with the packaging. Manufacture quality is great.

Simple change-out and skipped the 3-prong this time. Easy to install.

Cons

The fixture is too small to fit into a 4 supply box. The receptacles are dangerous junk plastic receptacles or the neutered 4-conductor hvac to thermostat wiring runs. Half the lamp holders were broke into pieces in the box.
