Easy to install, very safe/secure wiring method. Holds the wire securely. Screws are easy to strip out, so be careful to pick the right sized driver.
It feels nice and strong. Decent quality. Very good quality materials and qc.
Cons
This product is defective. It labels the 'hot' as brass as apposed to black. This prevents it fully seating.

Solid well built and slick rotating design.
This thing is sturdy and will last forever!
