Pros

The slider has a tiny bit of play in it before it crosses the detent, but otherwise it's very smooth and solid feeling. The presentation and feel of the slider is real nice.

The leviton dimmer has full range. It controls all eight lights evenly with no flicker and no buzzing.

This is the only one that worked for new led lights installed by the builder in a new house. Led socket-bulbs in a ceiling fan fixture. You have to make sure your led bulbs are dimmable, because if they are not, maybe using the dimmer would make them ... Read More

Cons

The flickering only stops when the slider is pushed to the full power position. You turn them on and a few minutes later they start flickering.
