Pros

Great product. Took about 25 min to install. Great installation guide inside the retail box. Works & looks great!

Amazingly obtuse programming instructions. Can't beat this switch. Leviton’s pdf on their website shows the a-b switch and has correct instructions.

Four months later and it barely works. Anything else is problematic. Such a nightmare.

Package was hastily repacked by the previous purchaser. Not checked for functionality by amazon. Only option offered is to mail the device back to them.

The range and smoothness of the dimmer transitions is also poor. The problem is, it doesn't dim.

It was a 2 inch box that they had nails driven through it horizontally.

I wanted a dimmer with a rocker switch once it's set, and it had to be low profile, as the box is shallow, with quite a few wires.

Competitiveness

My guess is that it's a "home-user" product as compared to the "commercial grade" products i'm used to.

I bought this leviton, sureslide dimmer switch after trying, and later returning, a cheaper brand (bestten).
