Warning after installing one of these you will probably want to install these on all your switches as i did

With any of these the trick is to first screw in the tiny screws that attach the baseframeplate to the actual switches themselves but to do this you should loosen the main screws holding the actual switchs to the box

Before attaching the outer cover plate go back to each switch screw and through the baseframe holes tighten those switch screws working your way out from the middle to the outer screws tightening the switch screws until the baseframe conforms perfectly to your wall mine even conformed to a defective wall

Dont overtighten where they are pushing on the wall but tight enough so the edges of the frame are barely touching the wall

After the baseframe appears level and snug to your wall snap on the outer frame pressing firmly around the perimeter and hear it snap into place
