Note that it is sent in the tripped mode so one must reset it after installation and turning the power on

I had to replace a electrical outlet in my kitchen and i bought another brand of gfci switch and here we are a few weeks later and i already have to replace it because it stopped working

One feature we really like though we have no way of testing it is that the reset cannot be actuated if the receptacle is damaged and cannot respond to an arc or ground fault

I am currently unable to do a powered test of the switch and must not make comment on that but there is no apparent reason to doubt its virtues

From the bulk of the housing i cant even install it into some of my gfci locations due to shallow wall boxes thats how beefy this switch is built
