The dimmer is controlled by bluetooth using the free leviton app for either android or apple devices. It works, but i would choose the internet enabled switch myself. Plenty of extra features enabled via app bluetooth control.

Cons

As an electrician i have installed many of these, after being called back for another defective one i will never buy or install one again. Works well as a switch and a dimmer, that is where flawless functionality ends.

Samsung galaxy s9+ dimmer doesn't pair with the correct app. The app doesn't work with alexa, fyi.

The good new is it doesn't require a hub like other switches, and no internet required to operate it.

I had known this brand and i always thought leviton made solid mechanical switches, at the very least.
