Pros
Working as advertised. Leviton make premium quality products.
It dint disappoint. Easy to read and love how it flashed down until it stops.
Cons
These are garbage, they work fine for a year or 2, then start buzzing loudly. Contacted leviton support and didn't even receive a response of any kind. Don’t waste your money.
Highlights

Excellent product, works great even the kids can operate it easily.
A good product if you are looking for a good timer.
Lutron products are of predictable high quality and performance.
Price
Working as advertised and price was better than at my local hardware store.
It works as it should, and cost me half the price it would have at the local hardware store.
Packaging/appearance
The copyright date on the external packaging of the timer that i got says 2022.
There are leviton timers at the big orange retailer that have copyright of 2016, and those timers also have fancier packaging.
Competitiveness
Installed this one and a competitors in two separate washrooms about 7 years ago to control the washroom fans.

It would seem that the coil activating the relay switch was chattering and that this mode of failure has occurred for others
