Pros

The locator led can be turned off, so i have absolutely no complaints! Now the lights come on before we get home and my son loves it. It doesn't have screw terminals but instead uses the stranded wires with wirenuts.

Leviton dz6hd-1bz dimmer works with most dimmable led lamps. Works with any bulb rated dimmable by leviton. Easy to connect to hubitat hub. Smooth and smooth dimming.

I am fairly new to the world of modern home automation. I dabbled with x10 back the day, but those were dark times. I really like the look and feel of the leviton z-wave decora switches. That is the ecosystem i have adopted.

The way you turn it on/off is by pressing the shaded icon.

The green light below the switch is every so slightly brighter, so especially at night you can tell which one is the fan controller. Works great using the stock handler (z-wave fan controller) with all 4 speeds.

Cons

Leviton switch is not based upon a relay, but instead lowers the voltage. The only way to make it work again is to flip the breaker to cut off power, then apply power again.
