Pros

This is a great dimmer for areas that have lots of wattage to control, like my chandelier has. The dimmer slide works very well and provides smooth dimming.

The rest of my light switches are decora, so this matches them nicely, with three different color faceplate options. Overall, we are very happy with this switch and if the need arose again would look to purchase this item.

This has an led finder light, but you can turn it off unlike the lutron. There is a slight hesitation when turned on. It is so tiny it is not intrusive and i like it on.

Cons

Lights flash full-brightness for a split second, then suddenly cut out. Cutting power at the breaker seems to reset it.
