Product is calibrated perfectly. It’s the perfect sensitivity - its adjustable and customizable for your unique situation. People who are complaining that the humidity sensor doesn't work is they must have installed it incorrectly.
Rh timer set for 20 minutes on a 110 cfm fan. One controls runtime, another controls sensitivity, and the other sets the humidity that you keep your house at. They have some customization knobs.
The front plate is a little flimsy but no issue once installed. I strongly recommend having an electrician do it if there is any doubt. You need to be gentle and once its setup it works great.

But the major quality it does not start for no reason like broan, nutone or venmar fans.

Connects as simple as 1 pole switch only the neutral wire has to be connected to supple the electronic portion of the moisture monitoring section

I also found the 10 min timer setting too low for my needs so i bumped it to 20

On mine if turned on manually the switch will turn off at the expiry of the set time regardless of humidity levels and then turn back on a few minutes later if humidity is detected and then run until the humidity is eliminated

For example i have my timer set to 20 min

If i manually turn on the fan wait 10 minutes and then proceed with my hot shower the fan will turn off at the 20 min mark even if the shower is producing steam and the mirrors are fogging up
