Humidity sensor works great and come on automatically and off automatically just as described. Humidity is automatic and timer mode is at the push of the button. Default settings are mid humidity and a 20 minute timer.

Easy to install and works as advertised. Took me about 30-40 minutes to install, this includes watching the installation tutorial.

Don't take unnecessary shortcuts. Programming is a little more challenging as it relies on interpreting flashing lights for multiple levels of each different functions. Initial set-up was a bit cumbersome.

Sensor works great in our hall bath. Due to new building codes needed to install these during bathroom remodel.

It is the most useless, malfunctioning product i've purchased. I have a small bathroom, but the shower is partly enclosed in glass so the rest of the bathroom doesn't get humid enough to trigger it. Required app is junk too.
