One of the items uses a transformer plug and because of this it puts a lot of weight hanging off the side of the surge protector

This surge protector has rounded edges and on my carpeted floor since the one transformer plug is so bulky it prevents this protector from laying flat on the floor and causes it to be rolled on its side
