The wallplates are a generous size though not oversized so no underlying raw edges will be exposed

They are larger than standard plates which was perfect for us since some cutouts that were made in the drywall were a bit oversized

Do not return it if you see its color seems to be blue it is not just come with a blue plastic cover so do not return it before peeling its cover

This is an excellent well made heavy duty plate but it will only work properly as a flush wall plate
