It has improved our air quality so much!

With cats, fires, and cooking these things really do help our air quality.

It began to develop a squealing/grinding noise that got progressively louder over time.

The air cleaner seemed to help him immediately and within a few weeks the wheezing completely stopped (thank god).

Price

The fact that this seems to be an ongoing issue for this particular model and it’s pretty expensive is the reason i’m giving it 4 stars.

I would recommend you get 1 for every level of your home, and trust me, for $300 or now i see $250 with rebate, don’t think twice!

Keep in mind you will pay $35 for a replacement filter.

Yup, filters are pricey but they last 8 months +/- so i'm ok with it.

Luckily it was still under warranty and levoit sent me a replacement.

Competitiveness

The levoit has the level now in single digits, getting as low as 5 at the peak.

I'll most likely replace it soon, and most definitely with another levoit.
