Other than the filter issue, i really like the product.
Made a very big difference in my house and the quality of the air works very well
The laser air quality sensor which controls the auto mode is suppose to measure airborne particles not smells.
I could see the display rings advise there was an air quality issue - but before long it was back to normal.
Packaging/appearance
Was skeptical that a room air purifier would reduce particulates as stated.
Pros:setup was easy, just remember to take the filter out and remove the plastic bag.
Competitiveness
Solid addition to our collection of levoit h133, core 400s, honeywell and dyson purifiers around the house.
I have two others but from a different manufacturer.

Don’t hesitate you can set it up in just minutes with the app right out of the box
