I don’t like reviews that are long and overwritten, so i’ll get to the point:pros:-large reservoir that actually lasts 3 days running 24/7.

Let it sit for a couple minutes before rinsing it out with hot water, drying it with a towel and then refilling it with clean water.

The csr promptly responded to emails and sent out a replacement.

Competitiveness

(i don’t really consider this a con because i compare it to the cost of getting ro water for an ultrasonic humidifier.
