The only problem i had was that after a two months of continued use the straps swivel wore away and caused the strap to detach from the bag

It has good organization in the front pocket and the rfid slots but if i could change anything there would be another pocket besides the 1 zipped pocket in the main compartmentit gets a bit cavernous in there

The backpack conversion is nice since there are plenty of places that wont allow any sort of backpack no matter the size
