Pros & Cons
Pros
Shackle is a flexible, 4cm high cable, which is locked/unlocked by sliding it. Worked well for backpacking in europe. Easy to set up the code and easy to operate.
They are really simple to set your own 3 digit combo to. Cable pulls out using a sliding motion, which was different than what i expected.
The enroute lock is my favorite lock among the 4 reviewed here. It's easy to use, works pretty well, and i'm happy with it. This * is tiny but tough.
Cons
These are very heavy weight-wise. These are useless to me. Too bad. Had to cut the lock off with a pair of scissors.
Highlights
Quality
Excellent quality tsa-approved lock for securing your travel gear.
Prefer this design with the steel cable.

Supposedly tsa has a key for these locks so they dont have to cut them off
