I think the only security downside is that the nonfingerprint password that can be used in case the print reader does fail over time doesnt incorporate some of the protection facilites that other encrypted sticks do though hopefully that will be moot if the print reader remains reliable

If i am entrusting data to it then it has to be perfectly reliable my phone always recognises my fingerprint first time this item didnt always do this
