This is the bad bit you need to be very careful and check the 34supported storage34 on your motherboards manufacturer support page to see if this is supported or not

I was going to install it in a asrock b350pro4 however the bios would not detect the drive in either of the nvme slots nor would it get detected in a pcie to nvme riser card

I have been meaning to upgrade that pc for a while so this was the kick to do it but upon checking different amd b550 motherboards so far i have only found 1 that supports this drive and that is the msi b550a pro

Now it may 34just34 work in other boards but if you want to be sure then you need to check the 34supported storage34 list and type the actual model in to the 34find34 box because the msi b550 pro supports the 250gb version of this drive but not the 500gb or 1tb whilst other boards support other 34lexar34 branded drives but not the 34nm61034 range

You need to be fairly competent working with computerslaptops or at least able and willing to follow a youtube video showing you how to install it etc

I think its more likely that the battery will start to give up before any of the internal components do
