About 2 months later, all video files on the card were corrupted. It's only been formatted in camera and probably fewer than 10 times. All of the most important footage of someone’s life is completely deleted.

An important note on comparing memory cards- pay attention to the speed rating, which will be either v30, v60 or v90 (the fastest).
