Pros

Write speed is perfect for my canon 5d mark 4 and lacrosse games. It's fast and when you need speed to take pictures of a bird in flight that is zipping by you rely on your camera to do the job. Gearing up for travel.

This 256gb 1066x $289 card performs like a 20 year old card. When put back in the cameras i get an error that the card is not there.

It takes about 8 full seconds to write one photograph. It hangs and cannot be found. Cant even take burst shots.

I would have probably skipped buying the prograde cobalt 325gb if i knew the lexar 128gb was going to be so close.

Competitiveness

Also nikon z7ii raw files are much bigger than the nikon z6 files.

I purchased a new nikon z6 ii and the new cfexpress card is 4 times faster!

Anything faster would be a waste of money imho.

Item priced too high in another year it will go down to 1/2 price.
