The ratchet seems decent. The click at the end of the preset is smooth. The handle design is definitely a plus to me as there’s less chance to slip when pulling past 180ft/lbs.

Buyer beware of this torque wrench on lower torque. Pass 22 ft lbs, its not reliable. How many of you have the same serial numbers & certificate numbers on your certificates?
